On the 28th of March we had a launch party in our pop-up store to celebrate the new website: Afro beats, African food and African cocktails!
There was lots of Ugandan food, samosa’s, goats meat, mandazi’s, g-nuts and cassava. It was interesting to see that lots of people had never tasted goats meat before and they loved it!
Niall came down to get a new outfit…
There was dancing…
Romancing…
There were old friends…
and new friends…
and everyone had a blast!

Thanks to everyone who came down, couldn’t have done it without you! As the east African proverb goes:
“Kiongozi huwepe kwa sababu ya kuwepo watu”
which means: No one can perform a celebration by himself.
